All the Directors have attended and completed the Mandatory Accreditation Program prescribed by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities")

During the financial year under review, all Directors have attended a number of training and seminar programs, which they have individually or collectively considered as relevant and useful in contributing to the effective discharge of their duties as Directors. The areas of the training and seminar attended include corporate governance, risk management, financial reporting and statutory rules and regulations.
